Rideline is a quick and easy method of booking, confirming or cancelling a Wheel-Trans trip using your touch-tone phone. Once you have experienced the ease of using Rideline, you will find it to be a valuable way to book, cancel or obtain trip information.

To access Rideline, simply enter your Registration Number and four digit pin number, which is the month and day of your birth. For example, if your birthday is March 12, enter 0312.

What are Pre-Registered Addresses?

The system is equipped with addresses of common locations within the City, i.e. hospitals, shopping malls, attractions etc. For private residences or locations such as doctor’s offices, you must pre-register the address. You may do this by calling Reservations at 416-393-4222 (daily after noon), Customer Service at 416-393-4111 or via email at wheeltrans.customerservice@ttc.ca
