Your trip details are available after 9:00 pm the evening before your trip or anytime on the day of service.
 
You will receive a phone call from our automated Callout service with the details of your scheduled trip including; the times, destinations and vehicle type between 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm the night before or after 7:00 am on the day of your trip.

Step 1
 
Identify yourself by using your touch-tone telephone pad to enter your Wheel-Trans registration number, followed by your default personal four-digit ID. Your default personal ID is simply the month followed by the day of your birth. For example, if you were born on November 3, your personal ID would be the number 1103. You can change your password at any time (Option 6 on the menu).
