Step 1

Login using your personal username and password that you created when you registered.

Step 2

Select from the main menu “Cancel Your Trips” option from the drop down menu and select the trip you want to cancel.

Press #1 Trip Confirmations and Trip Cancellations.

Step 2

Identify yourself by using your touch-tone telephone pad to enter your Wheel-Trans registration number, followed by your default personal four-digit ID. Your default personal ID is simply the month followed by the day of your birth. For example, if you were born on November 3, your personal ID would be the number 1103. You can change your password at any time (Option 6 on the menu).
