Step 1
Login using your personal username and password that you created when you registered.

Step 2
Select “Book Trips” and then “Regular Trips”.

Step 3
Select the days (Monday, Wednesday, etc.) and the period of time (number of weeks) that you will require these trips. There is a minimum of two weeks.

Step 4
Select the arrival or departure times.

Step 5
Select the address you will be travelling from and to (from one of the drop down lists).

Step 6
Select the assistive device you will be using (from the drop down list).

Step 7
Choose the number of escorts that will be travelling with you.

  • The exact addresses and major intersections of the locations that you wish to travel to
