As a Wheel-Trans customer, you will receive the automated Callout service. This means that you will receive a phone call with the details of your scheduled trip including; the times, destinations and vehicle type. You will receive this call between 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm the night before or after 7:00 am on the day of your trip.  There is no need to call us for this information.
