Escorting you from the Vehicle   

Please wait for our drivers as they are responsible for assisting you from the vehicle and walking beside you with light guidance or pushing your manual wheelchair through the first accessible door at the destination. If you require additional assistance, please ensure that you travel with an escort.

Please remember to take all your personal belongings with you when you arrive at your destination.

Lost Items   

Before leaving the vehicle, take a look around to ensure that you have taken all your belongings. If you believe that you may have left some of your personal belongings on one of our vehicles, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience so that we can assist in locating the lost item. If your item is found, we will make the necessary arrangements to return it to you as soon as possible.
