After you have entered your Trip Basics and any Trip Options, the Trip Planner will display up to 4 different itineraries. These itineraries are the fastest and most direct ways to reach your destination. View and compare each itinerary and choose the trip that works best for you!

  • Click the Itinerary Option tabs at the top of the screen to view the available itineraries that Trip Planner has designed. There can be up to 3 available itineraries that include TTC travel. The highest recommended trip itinerary is always listed as Option 1.
  • Click the “Walking Only” tab to view the walking trip itinerary. This tab will only appear if you have clicked the ‘show walking instructions’ box on the Trip Options screen.
  • View the Itinerary Summary. It gives you an overview of the trip plan. The summary shows departure and arrival times, the number of transfers and the TTC routes involved. If this itinerary does not work for you, try one of the other available itineraries.
  • Click the red “View Details” button to view the details of this trip option and a map showing your route.
