Union Station - Subway Platform to Fares Concourse (to Street)

If this elevator is not in service, this is the accessible alternative to the Concourse (to Street)

Board a northbound train to St Andrew Station (one stop north).
Use the accessible features of St Andrew Station to access University Avenue.
Travel south towards Front Street (approx. 400 metres), then continue east to arrive at Union Station (approx. 300 metres).
The accessible, southbound 6 Bay bus can be boarded south of King Street West on the west side of Bay Street (From St Andrew Station, travel east on King Street West).
Exit the bus at Front Street to access street level. See map for station locations.

 

Union Station - Fares Concourse to Yonge-University-Spadina Train

If this elevator is not in service, this is the accessible alternative to the Yonge-University-Spadina Trains.

Important: To avoid any fare-related issues, before leaving the paid area, advise the collector you will need an emergency transfer to access St Andrew Station.

There is a non-powered door that is regularly in the open position, allowing access to Royal Bank Plaza.

Use the accessible ramp to access Bay Street as shown.
Proceed to Front Street West and travel west to University Avenue (approx. 300 metres)
Continue north to King Street West to arrive at St Andrew Station (approx. 400 metres)

Use the accessible ramp to access Bay Street as shown.
Board the accessible, Northbound 6 Bay bus at the temporary stop located mid-block on Bay Street, north of Front Street West.
Exit the bus at King Street West and travel west to arrive at St Andrew Station. See map for station locations.
