Finch Avenue West reopens to Four Lanes from Tangiers Road to Romfield Lane, Keele Street Traffic Shift to the East, Friday, November 11, 2016

Construction work continues on Keele Street, between Four Winds Drive and Toro Road and Finch Avenue West between Romfield Lane and Tangiers Road. This work is required to facilitate the construction of the Finch West Station and the restoration of Keele Street south of Finch Avenue West.
Change to Keele Street (See Map)
Keele Street will be shifted to the east, on Friday, November 11, 2016 between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will remain reduced to one lane in each direction until late 2017.
Change to Finch Avenue West
During this traffic shift Finch Avenue West will return to its permanent configuration of two lanes in each direction. Westbound left and right turns will now be permitted from Finch Avenue West onto Keele Street.
4 TTC Bus Stops Relocation (See Map)
The current southbound bus stop that services Keele Street at Finch Avenue West will be relocated to the southwest corner of the NEW Keele/Finch intersection.
The eastbound bus stop that services Finch Avenue will be relocated to the south east corner of the NEW Keele/Finch intersection.
The northbound 107B Keele North bus stop currently located on Tangiers Road north of Finch Avenue West will be eliminated and will be serviced at the north east corner on Finch Avenue West immediately east of Tangiers Road.
The 41 Keele, 107C and 107D Keele North bus stop will be serviced on the south east corner of Tangiers Road immediately south of Finch Avenue West.
TTC Bus Route
Transit delays may be experienced on the 107 Keele North and 41 Keele bus routes.
Paid Duty Police Officers will be stationed at the following three intersections on Friday, November 11, 2016; Finch Avenue West and Keele Street, Keele Street and Toro Road and Finch Avenue West and Tangiers Road. Motorists are to obey paid duty police officers at these intersections, during the traffic shift period. Please reduce your speed and use extra care when traveling through construction areas.
Pedestrians should follow the posted signage and take extra care when walking near or around construction areas.
The traffic shift will occur from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016. The City of Toronto normal working hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday.
As this work is weather dependent, this traffic shift date may change.
Existing access to local businesses on Keele Street will continue to be maintained.
