Ian Macdonald Boulevard Closed (Northwest Gate to west of Founders Road) November 4 – 11, 2015

Beginning the early morning of Wednesday, November 4, 2015 until the evening of Wednesday, November 11, 2015, Ian Macdonald Boulevard will be closed from Northwest Gate to west of Founders Road. The closure is necessary for sanitary work on Ian Macdonald Boulevard.
Toronto Track and Field Centre and Athlete’s Care Access
The access driveway to the Toronto Track and Field Centre and Athlete’s Care Access will remain open to local traffic.
TTC Route 106
TTC Route 106 will be on a route diversion during the closure. The 106 route will go northbound on Sentinel Road, east on Pond Road, north on Ian Macdonald Boulevard into the Harry W. Arthur's Common. Due to the nature of the work, motorists and transit users may face traffic delays.
TTC Bus stops that will be out of service include:
- Pond Road & Arboretum Lane
- Ian Macdonald & Thompson Road (outside Tait McKenzie – green dot on graphic)
- Ian Macdonald at McLaughlin College (green dot on graphic)
- Ian Macdonald at Chimneystack Road
Pedestrians and Cyclists
Pedestrians and cyclists are asked to use the sidewalk/pathway on the south side of Ian Macdonald Boulevard during the construction work.
