Vanier Lane Overnight Lane Restrictions Begin June 10 2013
June 6, 2013
Beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, there will be lane closures on Vanier Lane at York University for the removal of tunnel monitoring equipment for two or three evenings.
These lane closures (pink work zones on graphic) are expected to last from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Traffic flag personnel will be stationed near the work zone to redirect deliveries through Vanier Lane and ensure safe traffic and pedestrian flow.
Parking lot access for the York Lanes Parking Lot will be maintained.
Tunnel monitoring equipment is no longer required on the York University campus as the subway tunnels were completed last year. Monitoring equipment for the construction of the subway station box will remain on campus.
As construction continues at the York University Station Site, construction related notices will be issued.
