Nightly Single Curb Lane Restrictions on Highway 7 and Jane Street from March 20th to 22nd, 2012

From Tuesday, March 20th through Thursday, March 22nd, 2012 from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each night there will be curb lane closures for activities related to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station construction. These curb lane restrictions include:
- Highway 7 east and westbound curb lanes from Creditstone Road to Edgeley Boulevard
- Jane Street north and southbound curb lanes from Portage Parkway to Doughton Road.
Paid Duty Officers will be used to ensure safe traffic flow at the intersection of Highway 7 and Jane Street. Please obey all flag persons and signs and slow down through this construction zone.
Hours of Lane Closures
- Tuesday, March 20th through Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 9:00p.m. in the evening to 6:00 a.m. in the morning.
The City of Vaughan has approved a noise by-law exemption which allows the contractor to perform overnight and weekend work, when required, to minimize long term disruption and to keep the project on schedule.
