Intermittent Single Lane Closure on the Eastbound Highway 407 Exit Ramp to Jane Street March 22nd – April 5th, 2012
March 19, 2012
Starting on Thursday, March 22nd, 2012, there will be an intermittent single lane closure in effect on the eastbound Highway 407 exit ramp to Jane Street. Crews will be working periodically in one of the ramp lanes and the adjacent shoulder to install monitoring equipment until April 5th. Similar work will also occur beside the ramp from southbound Jane Street to eastbound Highway 407, resulting in intermittent shoulder closures on this ramp during the same period. This work will be performed from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. While driving through these areas, please use extra care and reduced speeds.
This work is in preparation of the excavation activities for the Highway 407 subway station. Due to the nature of this work, motorists may experience delays.
