Night Time Keele Street Southbound Closure

On Wednesday April 4th, from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am Thursday, April 5th , Keele Street southbound from Murray Ross Parkway to Finch Avenue West will be closed for utility work to be performed within the roadway. Paid duty officers will be on Keele Street redirecting traffic during this short term night time closure. Four Winds Drive will be closed at Keele Street during this closure and open for local neighbourhood traffic only.
 
Work Hours:

The City of Toronto has approved a noise by-law amendment which allows the project contractors to perform overnight and weekend work, when required, to minimize impact on the local community. Extended work hours are expected to occur in the Keele/Finch area.

Tunnel construction using Tunnel Boring Machines( TBMs) and related activities are permitted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, for safety and efficiency purposes.
