Wellesley Station - Easier Access project
Elevator work continues inside the station
TTC’s Easier Access Program will make all subway stations accessible. Construction started on April 1, 2018 to make Wellesley Station accessible by late 2020.
This project will include the following station improvements:
- Two new elevators to access southbound and northbound platforms
- Improved signage including wayfinding
- Security cameras along the accessible path
Work hours
Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with some exceptions outside of these hours.
TTC service throughout the project
Subway and bus service will be maintained unless otherwise stated.
