What we are doing and why

The TTC will undertake regular maintenance and inspection work inside the streetcar loop tunnel at Spadina Station nightly from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. on May 20, 21 and 22 requiring temporary changes to the 510/310 Spadina streetcar service.

Some noise may be audible from TTC overhead vehicles when backing-up on the ramp that leads to the Spading Station streetcar tunnel. Efforts will be made to keep any noise to a minimum.

TTC service (nightly 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. on May 20, 21 and 22)

510/310 Spadina route

A split service will be provided with streetcars and buses operating to the Adelaide/Charlotte/King neighbourhood.

  • Streetcars will operate both ways between Union Station and Charlotte Street loop (located near the Spadina/King intersection).
  • Replacement buses will operate on Spadina Avenue between Spadina Station (at Bloor Street) and Charlotte Street loop. Buses will board at curb-side stops.
  • Regular streetcar service on Spadina Avenue will resume at the start of service each day.

Thank you for your understanding as the TTC undertakes this important maintenance and inspection work.
