The 76 Royal York South bus route operates between Royal York Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Mimico Avenue, and the area of The Queensway and Grand Avenue, generally in a north-south direction. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated. The 76 (Royal York Stn-Lake Shore) is the main branch, and operates at all times, seven days a week. The 76B (Royal York Stn-Queensway and Grand Ave) branch operates during the peak periods, midday, and early evening from Monday to Friday.

Southbound 76 TO LAKE SHORE

These buses operate from Royal York Station via south on Royal York Road, and northeast on Lake Shore Boulevard West to Mimico Avenue.

Northbound 76 TO ROYAL YORK STN

These buses operate from Lake Shore Boulevard West and Mimico Avenue via west on Mimico Avenue, and north on Royal York Road to Royal York Station.

Southbound 76B TO QUEENSWAY AND GRAND AVENUE

These buses operate from Royal York Station via south on Royal York Road, east on The Queensway, and south on Grand Avenue to Portland Street.

Northbound 76B TO ROYAL YORK STN

These buses operate from Grand Avenue and Portland Street via west on Portland Street, and north on Royal York Road to Royal York Station.
