60 Steeles West - Service increase

The 60 Steeles West bus route operates between Finch Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway, the York University campus, and the area of Steeles Avenue West and Highway 27, generally in an east-west direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Finch Station is an accessible subway station. Bike racks are available on this route.

Four services are operated. The 60C (Finch Stn-York University) branch operates at all times, seven days a week. The 60D (Finch Stn-Highway 27) branch operates until approximately 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. The 60B (Finch Stn-Martin Grove) branch operates during the evening, seven days a week, and all day on Sundays and holidays. The 60E (Finch Stn-Kipling EXPRESS) branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only.

Westbound 60B TO MARTIN GROVE
These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, and west on Steeles Avenue West to the Martin Grove/Steeles off-street loop (on the south side of Steeles Avenue West, west of Martin Grove Road).

Eastbound 60B TO FINCH STN
These buses operate from the Martin Grove/Steeles off-street loop via east on Steeles Avenue West, and south on Yonge Street to Finch Station.

Westbound 60C TO YORK UNIVERSITY
These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, west on Steeles Avenue West, south on Keele Street, and west on York Boulevard to the York University Common Area.

Eastbound 60C TO FINCH STN
These buses operate from the York University Common Area via north and west on Ian Macdonald Boulevard, north on Founders Road, east on Steeles Avenue West, and south on Yonge Street to Finch Station.

Westbound 60D TO HIGHWAY 27
These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, west on Steeles Avenue West, south and west on Steinway Boulevard, and north on Signal Hill Avenue to Steeles Avenue West.

Eastbound 60D TO FINCH STN
These buses operate from Signal Hill Avenue and Steeles Avenue West via east on Steeles Avenue West, and south on Yonge Street to Finch Station.

Westbound 60E EXPRESS TO KIPLING
These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, west on Steeles Avenue West to the Kipling/Steeles off-street loop (on the east side of Kipling Avenue, north of Steeles Avenue). Westbound 60E buses stop only at Finch Station, Steeles Avenue & Yonge Street, 100 Steeles Avenue West, Hilda Avenue, Emerald Lane, Bathurst Street, Carpenter Road, New Westminster Drive, Conley Street, Dufferin Street, Keele Street, Founders Road, Jane Street, Adesso Drive, Old Weston Road, Pine Valley Drive, Weston Road, Islington Avenue, and Kipling/Steeles Loop.

Eastbound 60E EXPRESS TO FINCH STN
These buses operate from the Kipling/Steeles off-street loop (on the east side of Kipling Avenue, north of Steeles Avenue) via east on Steeles Avenue West, and south on Yonge Street to Finch Station. Eastbound 60E buses stop only at Kipling Loop, Islington Avenue (farside), Fenmar Drive, Weston Road, Signet Drive, Peter Kaiser Gate, Jane Street, Founders Road, Keele Street, Dufferin Street (farside), Hidden Trail, Black Hawk Way, Carpenter Road, Bathurst Street (farside), Village Gate, Hilda Avenue, Tangreen Court, Yonge Street & Steeles Avenue, and Finch Station only.

All 60B, 60C and 60D buses on the route serve local bus stops along the route. The 60E EXPRESS buses stop only at limited stops along the route.
