The 506 Carlton streetcar route operates between Main Street Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway and High Park Loop, generally in an east-west direction. It also serves the College and Queen’s Park Stations on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway. Both Main Street and Queen’s Park Stations are accessible subway stations.
Accessible service
No accessible vehicles currently operate on this route.
One single service is operated: the 506 (Main Street Stn-High Park) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.
The route is part of the 10 Minute Network, and operates 10 minutes or better, all day, every day.
Westbound 506 HIGH PARK
These streetcars operate from Main Street Station via south on Main Street, west on Gerrard Street East (Upper Gerrard), south on Coxwell Avenue, continuing west on Gerrard Street East (Lower Gerrard), north on Parliament Street, west on Carlton Street, west on College Street, northwest on Dundas Street West, and west on Howard Park Avenue to High Park Loop (on the south side of Howard Park Avenue, west of Parkside Drive).
Eastbound 506 MAIN STREET STN
These streetcars operate from High Park Loop via east on Howard Park Avenue, southeast on Dundas Street West, east on College Street, east on Carlton Street, south on Parliament Street, east on Gerrard Street East (Lower Gerrard), north on Coxwell Avenue, continuing east on Gerrard Street East (Upper Gerrard), and north on Main Street to Main Street Station.
