The 501 Queen streetcar route operates between Neville Park Loop, Humber Loop and Long Branch Loop, generally in an east-west direction. It serves Queen and Osgoode Stations on Line 1 Yonge-University. Both Queen and Osgoode Stations are accessible subway stations.

The route is part of the 10 Minute Network, and operates 10 minutes or better, all day, every day.

Accessible service from Long Branch to Dufferin

Accessible buses temporarily replacing streetcars on the entire route due to construction.

Three services are operated. The 501 (Neville Park-Roncesvalles) branch operates with streetcars at all times, seven days a week. The 501L (Dufferin-Long Branch) branch, temporarily operated with buses, operates at all times, seven days a week. The 501M (Queensway/Windermere/Marine Parade/Park Lawn) branch, temporarily operated with buses, operates at all times, seven days a week.

Westbound 501 RONCESVALLES

Streetcars operate from Neville Park Loop (on the southwest corner of Queen Street East and Nursewood Road) via west on Queen Street East, west on Queen Street West, west on The Queensway to Sunnyside Loop (on the northeast corner of The Queensway and Glendale Avenue).

Eastbound 501 NEVILLE PARK

Streetcars operate from Sunnyside Loop via east on The Queensway, east on Queen Street West, and east on Queen Street East to Neville Park Loop.

Westbound 501L LONG BRANCH

Buses operate from Dufferin Gate Loop (on the southwest corner of Dufferin Street and Springhurst Avenue) via north on Dufferin Street, west on Queen Street West, west on The Queensway, south on Windermere Road, west on Lake Shore Boulevard West to Long Branch Loop (on the north side of Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Browns Line).

Eastbound 501L DUFFERIN

Buses operate from Long Branch Loop via east and northeast on Lake Shore Boulevard West, north on Windermere Road, east on The Queensway, east on Queen Street West, and south on Dufferin Street, west on Springhurst Avenue, south on Fort Rouille Street to Dufferin Gate Loop.

501M QUEENSWAY/WINDERMERE/MARINE PARADE/PARK LAWN

Buses operate a clockwise circular route via east The Queensway, south on Windermere Road, west, south, and east on Lake Shore Boulevard West, south, west, and north on Marine Parade Drive, north on Park Lawn Road, and east on The Queensway. 501M buses do not enter Humber Loop.

All streetcars and buses on the route serve local stops along the route.
