42 Cummer

The 42 Cummer bus route operates between Finch Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway, the area of Gordon Baker Road and Victoria Park Avenue, the area of McNicoll Avenue and Kennedy Road, and the area of Middlefield Road and Passmore Avenue, generally in an east-west direction.  Accessible service is provided on the route.  Finch Station is an accessible subway station. Bike racks are available on this route.

Three services are operated. The 42B (Finch Stn-Kennedy) is the main branch, and operates at all times, seven days a week. The 42A (Finch Stn-Middlefield) branch operates during the peak periods, midday, and early evening from Monday to Friday. The 42 (Finch Stn-Victoria Park) short-turn branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only.

Eastbound 42 TO VICTORIA PARK

These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, east on Cummer Avenue and McNicoll Avenue, and north on Victoria Park Avenue to Gordon Baker Road.

Westbound 42 TO FINCH STN

These buses operate from Victoria Park Avenue and Gordon Baker Road via west and south on Gordon Baker Road, south on Harold Evans Crescent, west on McNicoll Avenue and Cummer Avenue, south on Yonge Street, and east on Bishop Avenue to Finch Station.

Eastbound 42A TO MIDDLEFIELD

These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, east on Cummer Avenue and McNicoll Avenue, and north on Maybrook Drive to Passmore Avenue.

Westbound 42A TO FINCH STN

These buses operate from Maybrook Drive and Passmore Avenue via west on Passmore Avenue, south on Middlefield Road, west on McNicoll Avenue and Cummer Avenue, south on Yonge Street, and east on Bishop Avenue to Finch Station.

Eastbound 42B TO KENNEDY

These buses operate from Finch Station via west on Pemberton Avenue, north on Yonge Street, and east on Cummer Avenue and McNicoll Avenue to Kennedy Loop (on the north side of McNicoll Avenue, east of Kennedy Road).

Westbound 42B TO FINCH STN

These buses operate from Kennedy Loop via west on McNicoll Avenue and Cummer Avenue, south on Yonge Street, and east on Bishop Avenue to Finch Station.
