The 312 St Clair Blue Night bus route operates between St. Clair Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and Jane Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, generally in an east-west direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

One single service is operated:  the 312 (St Clair Stn-Jane Stn) branch operates during the overnight period, seven days a week.

Westbound 312 BLUE NIGHT TO JANE STN

These buses operate from St. Clair Station via west on St. Clair Avenue West, and south on Jane Street to Jane Station.

Eastbound 312 BLUE NIGHT TO ST CLAIR STN

These buses operate from Jane Station via south on Armadale Avenue, west on Bloor Street West, north on Jane Street, and east on St. Clair Avenue West to St. Clair Station (Upper Level).

All buses on the route serve local streetcar or bus stops along the route.  EAST of Bathurst Street, buses operate in the curb lanes and serve the curb stops.  WEST of Bathurst Street, buses serve all streetcar island stops where they are available, or curb stops where there are no streetcar islands.
