  • TTC Audit and Risk Management Committee Meeting
    May 29, 2020
    The Audit and Risk Management Committee will meet next week on Wednesday, June 3. The meeting will begin online at 9 a.m. and streamed live on the Official TTC YouTube Channel.
  • Subway service to end early on portion of TTC Line 1 Mon.-Thurs. next week
    May 29, 2020 - Mon., June 1 through Thurs., June 4, subway service on the portion of Line 1 between Eglinton and Bloor-Yonge stations will end nightly at 11 p.m. for track maintenance.
  • Portions of TTC Lines 1 and 2 to close this weekend
    May 28, 2020 - This weekend, Sat., May 30 and Sun., May 31, the portion of Line 1 between Finch and Eglinton stations will be closed for track work.
  • TTC implements next phase of cost-savings amidst COVID-19 pandemic
    May 24, 2020 - In April, the TTC announced several cost-saving measures aimed at maintaining critically important transit service in the city while reducing costs. As a part of that phased plan, 450 TTC employees have been temporarily laid-off effective today.
  • Temporary changes to TTC 511 Bathurst streetcar route
    May 22, 2020 - Starting Mon., May 25, the 511 Bathurst streetcar route, which has temporarily been replaced by buses, will be diverting due to construction.
  • Subway service to end early on portion of TTC Line 1 Monday to Thursday next week
    May 22, 2020 - Mon., May 25 through Thurs., May 28, subway service on the portion of Line 1 between Lawrence and Bloor-Yonge stations will end nightly at 11 p.m. for track work.
  • TTC subway closures this weekend
    May 20, 2020 - This Saturday, there will be no service on the portion of Line 1 between Eglinton and King stations. This Sunday, there will be no service on the portion of Line 1 between Bloor-Yonge and St Andrew stations.
  • Subway service to end early on portion of TTC Line 1 Tues.-Thurs. next week
    May 15, 2020 - Tues., May 19 through Thurs., May 21, subway service on the portion of Line 1 between Eglinton and Union stations will end at 11 p.m. for track work.
  • No subway service on portion of TTC Line 1 this Saturday only
    May 13, 2020 - This Saturday, May 16, there will be no subway service on the portion of Line 1 between Lawrence West and St Clair West stations to accommodate track work.
  • Revised TTC schedules reflect service changes made in March
    May 10, 2020 - Sunday May 10, the TTC is issuing new schedules that formalize changes made in March to better match service with reduced demand.
  • Subway service to end early on portion of TTC Line 1 this coming Monday to Thursday
    May 8, 2020 - This Monday, May 11 through Thursday, May 14, subway service on the portion of Line 1 between St Clair and Union stations will end at 11 p.m. for track work.
  • TTC takes steps to improve pedestrian safety along 90 Vaughan bus route
    May 7, 2020 - This Sunday, May 10, six bus stops along the 90 Vaughan bus route will be taken out of service in order to improve pedestrian safety and better standardize the stops network.
  • No subway service on portion of TTC Line 1 this Sunday only
    May 7, 2020 - This Sunday, May 10, there will be no subway service on the portion of Line 1 between Lawrence and St Clair stations to allow TTC crews to continue installation and testing of the Automatic Train Control (ATC) signalling system.
  • TTC Board to hold special virtual meeting on May 13
    May 5, 2020 - The TTC Board will hold its first-ever virtual Board meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
  • Subway service to end early on TTC Line 2 this Monday to Thursday
    May 1, 2020 - This Monday, May 4 through Thursday, May 7, subway service on the portion of Line 2 between Jane and Kipling stations will end at 11 p.m. for track work.
