TTC celebrates Scarborough street mural on January Metropass

For its first Metropass of 2018, the TTC is celebrating the art of @Omen514 and his piece honouring the history of Scarborough Junction.

December 28, 2017 - Thanks to the generosity of Corby Spirit and Wine, the TTC is providing Torontonians with free, safe rides to and from their New Year's Eve festivities for the fifth consecutive year. Corby has committed to sponsoring free New Year's Eve service again next year.

December 20, 2017 - Throughout the holidays, the TTC will run on a modified schedule, and will provide free, extended New Year's Eve service, courtesy of Corby Spirit and Wine.

December 14, 2017 - This Sat., Dec. 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the TTC will host an open house at Finch West Station, one of six new stations on the Line 1 Extension to York Region

December 12, 2017 - With the Line 1 Yonge-University extension into York Region opening this Sunday morning, the TTC is reminding customers about numerous improvements and changes to services along the line.

December 8, 2017 - Today, TTC CEO Andy Byford and Chief People Officer Gemma Piemontese proudly accepted an award recognizing the TTC as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers.
- TTC track upgrades close portion of Line 1 this weekend
December 7, 2017 - This weekend, Dec. 9-10, TTC crews will continue work to replace special track and switches just south of Eglinton Station, requiring the portion of Line 1 Yonge-University between St Clair and Lawrence stations to close.

- Queen’s Park Station closing early for fare gate construction
December 4, 2017 - Queen’s Park Station will be closing at 10 p.m. for four nights, Dec. 6, 7 and again on Dec. 11 and 12, for fare gate construction.
