The Toronto Transit Commission has extended the hours of operation for the Davisville Customer Service Centre office including the Metropass Discount Plan office.  These extended hours make it easier for customers to take advantage of Metropass discounts, buy passes and tokens, and deal with issues such as faulty passes.

Effective May 31, TTC Customer Service Centre office representatives will be available to handle sales and inquires in person from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday’s, as well as the first and last business day of each month. Staff will continue to serve customers during the office’s regular hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed on Statutory Holidays.

Extended MDP office hours are part of the TTC’s revitalized customer service efforts, responding to customer requests to contact the TTC beyond normal business hours. In March, the hours of the Customer Service Centre were increased to 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week for telephone, webform and twitter conversations.

The Customer Service Centre and Metropass Discount Plan Offices are located above the Davisville Subway Station, on the Main Floor of TTC Head Office. Representatives are available in person, by phone, fax or email. Visit www.ttc.ca for details.
