1. To search for the Transit Operator position, enter Transit Operator in the keyword search field or do a general search of all jobs by clicking on Search Jobs.

  2. Click on the Transit Operator link on the Career Opportunities page from the list of open jobs.

  3. Click on Apply.

  4. My Candidate Profile page will appear and you can upload your resume.

  5. Your resume is now uploaded and will prepopulate some of the fields in the application. Please review to ensure accuracy. When you are satisfied, scroll to the bottom and click on Next.

  6. The application will appear. Fill out the mandatory sections and scroll down to complete the application.

  7. After you have completed the application, scroll to the bottom and click on Apply.

  8. Your application has been submitted.

  9. A system generated confidential assessment will be sent to the email you provided on your application from Self-Management Group <invitations@selfmgmt.com>. Please ensure you check your junk and spam folders.

  10. The Transit Operator Customer Service Screen page will appear. Please ensure you read all the instructions and complete the fields before beginning the assessment.

  11. Once you have completed the assessment, follow the prompts and ensure your responses have been saved.
