GTA Zone Fares
For fares on TTC routes running beyond Toronto, call TTC Customer Information 416-393-4636 (INFO). An additional cash supplement (or equivalent) is required with your first TTC fare for the following:
York Region Transit (YRT)
Fares North of Steeles Avenue
Effective January 1, 2014.
Adult: $4.00 exact cash
Students (High School): $4.00 exact cash
Senior/Children: $4.00 exact cash
Only the appropriate valid YRT/Viva ticket or pass will be accepted.
If a passenger does not have the appropriate YRT/Viva fare, a TTC applicable fare will be accepted with the cash supplement noted below.
Adults add 60¢
Seniors add 15¢
Students (High School) add 65¢
Children add $1.40.
Seniors must show appropriate proof of age (65+).
High School Students must present a valid High School Student ID card (including the TTC Student Discount Card Photo ID).
Children are elementary school age and under (6-12). Children under the age of 1 always ride free. One child (age 1-5) may ride free with an accompanying adult. Each additional child travelling with the same adult must pay the child fare.
YRT/GO Fare Integration
The appropriate valid GO Transit fare will be accepted to or from connecting GO train or train-bus trips at York Region GO Train stations, with the cash supplement of 75¢.
Service in York Region is operated by the TTC for YRT. An additional fare is required when crossing the Toronto boundary in either direction. MiWay (City of Mississauga)
58 Malton - West of Jetliner Road & Airport Road
Effective January 27, 2014
$3.25 exact cash or MiWay Adult, Senior, High School Student, Child ticket, transfer or pass.
Adult/Post-Secondary: TTC token + 10¢
High School Student: TTC Student ticket +40¢
Child: TTC Child ticket + $1.05
Transfer privileges to and from MiWay routes apply. Students (Grades 9 to 12, and full-time university and college students) must carry current school I.D.
Free rides for pre-school children accompanied by a fare paying customer, customers who present a CNIB card upon boarding, and one support person (a person whose presence is essential to provide care and assistance to a person with a disability) accompanying a disabled customer. A support person accompanying a customer who presents a CNIB card upon boarding must pay a regular fare.
The TTC Metropass, Day Pass, Weekly Pass, and Convention Pass are not valid for travel in the Mississauga Fare Zone.
Service west of Jetliner Road and Airport Road on the 58 MALTON route is operated by the TTC for the City of Mississauga and an additional fare is required when crossing the fare zone boundary, in either direction.
