St Patrick Station
Easier Access Program

TTC’s Easier Access Program will make subway stations accessible to everyone.
St Patrick Station is the newest TTC subway station to become accessible on December 4, 2018.
This new accessible TTC subway entrance is located on the northwest corner of University Avenue and Dundas Street West (at 480 University Avenue). The entrance also includes a set of (weather protected) stairs.
The overall project included:
- Barrier free path to all levels of the station
- New accessible entrance and elevators to access the street, concourse and platform levels
- Accessible fare gates
- Improved signage
- Additional security cameras (along the accessible pathway)
As a part of this station upgrade work, Barbara Todd’s public art concept entitled, “Many Little Plans”, was selected by a local jury and will be installed (at a later date) at St Patrick Station by the artist.
