It is recommended that the Commission approve the following 2008 Commission Meeting Schedule:

  • Wednesday, March 26, 2008  Thursday, September 18, 2008
  • Wednesday, April 23, 2008   Thursday, October 23, 2008
  • Wednesday, May 21, 2008   Wednesday, November 26, 2008
  • Wednesday, June 18, 2008   Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Discussion

The 2008 Commission Meeting Schedule has been prepared in accordance with the approved Toronto City Council and Committee meeting schedule in an effort to avoid scheduling conflicts.  As in past years, the schedule has also been developed based on a monthly meeting format.
 
Committee of the Whole meetings commence at 10:00 a.m. with the public Commission meetings following at 1:00 p.m.  All meetings are held at Toronto City Hall, subject to meeting room availability.  If a change of location is required, meetings will be held in the TTC's 7th Floor Boardroom at 1900 Yonge Street.
